The Climbing Wall is open anytime PAC is open!

Climbers must have someone who is belay certified to top-rope

Monday - Friday: 3:30 PM - 7:00 PM

Saturday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Sunday: 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Bouldering is allowed below the orange line at anytime

Climbing Programs

Climing Club (#211300)

DATES: July 2- Aug. 30 GRADES: 1- 12

FEE: $45 INSTRUCTOR: PAC Climbing Staff

Grades 1- 5: Tues./Thurs. from 8:30- 9:30 AM

Grades 6- 8: Tues./Thurs. from 10:00- 11:00 AM

Grades 9- 12: Mon./Wed. from 6:00- 7:00 PM

PAC Membership is required for this program. The PAC Climbing Club is for climbers in 1- 12 grade who have some climbing experience and/or are interested in learning and becoming a better climber. Climbers will receive climbing instruction to improve overall climbing technique and ability, become familiar with climbing equipment and terms, and play climbing games; climbers will be expected to climb routes. Participants’ grades 6- 12 will learn to belay. Climbers may learn to lead climb at the discretion of the instructors. An end of Summer, one-day outdoor climbing trip will also take place; destination TBD. PAC plans to continue this program during the school year, based on overall interest.

Belay Certification Class

DATE/TIME: Mondays at 6:00 PM* AGE: 14 and older

FEE: Free (Included with PAC Membership or Daily Admission)

Join us as our staff teaches you the “ropes” of the climbing wall. Learn how to properly tie-in and belay another climber. FREE with PAC membership or daily admission.

*Class begins promptly at 6:00 PM

Lead Certification Class

DATE/TIME: By appointment only * AGE: 14 and older

FEE: Free (Included with PAC Membership or Daily Admission)

This specialty climbing is open to anyone 14 years or older; participants are required to be PAC belay certified and must be able to top-rope 5.9. To become certified, climbers will have to be able to cleanly lead 5.8. Lead Climbing is NOT allowed after school from 3:00-5:00 PM.

NEW! Mile High Challenge

Dates: Jan. 2nd - June 1st

Divisions: Youth, Teens & Adults

Challenge yourself and see if you can climb a mile at PAC! You have 5 months to climb the wall 176 times. Track your progress on our leaderboard and see how you match up against other climbers and the PAC staff. Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 climbers in each division who can climb the highest (regardless of if you reach a mile or not). FREE with PAC membership or daily admission.

NEW! Father & Son Hour

Dates: Wednesday nights from 6:30 - 7:30 PM

Dads! Grab your sons’ and leave the girls at home! Come on in for an hour of climbing just for the fellas! Try something new that you both can enjoy together. We ask that all dads get belay certified. Belay clinics will be held starting at 6:00 PM beforehand. FREE with PAC membership or daily admission.

Adult Only Climbing!

Dates: Monday nights from 7:00 - 9:00 PM

Adult Only Climbing! No Kids Allowed! Join us for a night of adult only climbing. No kids to get in your way. Open to belay certified climbers, ages 18 and older. Top-Rope, Boulder or Lead Climb (if certified). Not lead or belay certified? Check out our certification clinics beforehand starting starting at 6:00 PM

Ladies Rock!

Dates: Tuesday & Thursday mornings from 9:30 - 10:30 AM

This hour is just for the ladies! For women of all climbing abilities, come try a different kind of workout while you socialize with your girlfriends. Belay certification for women only is available during this time. Join us 10 times to receive your very own FREE “Ladies Rock!” T-shirt. FREE with PAC membership or daily admission.
