PAC would like to congratulate Brittany Williams as PAC's 2018 Employee of the Year! Brittany was chosen by her peers and supervisors to be recipient of this year's award.
Brittany joined the PAC team in 2012 as a Zumba fitness instructor. Over the years, she has progressed her involvement at PAC as she moved into a rec aide position and so much more. She has taken her passion for fitness further and completed her group fitness instructor certification, her personal training certification, and has become a climbing wall instructor, along with the many varieties of Zumba that she has brought to PAC.
As one of her peers commented, Brittany is a Beast! And this really is true - Brittany does it all, giving 110% to everything she does! She teaches fitness classes, leads climbing club, is a creative counselor with Little Wrangler Friday, absorbed the duties and responsibilities of the child care director, helps with programming, does personal training, and sets the bar high as a rec aide.
Brittany shares her passion about PAC with everyone. She is a true advocate, promoting not only her classes but everything PAC. She creates a community amongst her class attendees and treats all patrons and co-workers as good friends. She is committed to making all PAC events successful helping with many, many programs and special events, often involving her family in the events too! She goes the extra mile with her classes and in child care to celebrate fun holidays and special occasions and has a way of convincing even the most resistant people to try Zumba at least once. And she makes a pretty glamorous zombie!
Brittany’s attitude is always positive. She has stood tall with support and continued dedication through the many changes over the past couple of years, not once complaining. She rises to every occasion, accepts all challenges, shatters expectations, and sets new standards. Thank you Brittany for all that you do for PAC - you are amazing and we are so fortunate to have you as part of our family!
