Fitness and Personal Training

PAC offers a variety of fitness classes throughout the year. We have aquatic classes as well as classes that make use of our wonderful studio rooms, and facilities.

If you're looking for personal training, our trainers can help you get meet your fitness goals! 

*note: free youth passes expire August 31, 2021

All children ages 7 and under must be accompanied, at all times, by an actively supervising adult (age 18+). Additionally, all those age 7 and under must be accompanied by an adult in the water.

Personal Training

Schedule your next personal training session at PAC with our qualified staff. We'll meet with you individually to outline fitness goals and work with you to establish a routine. Whether you're looking for a boost to get started before moving into your own individual workouts or looking for the accountability system of meeting with a trainer every time you train, PAC can help you out. Registrations by first time clients will include a free 30-minute pre-session consultation with a trainer to establish a program design (re-consultation required if returning to personal training after a period of 6-months or longer).
 

Personal Training Cost: $45 per 45-minute session

Are you just looking for some direction in your workouts? PAC now offers 4 week programs for people who want to workout on their own, and just need a program. Our trainers will meet with you to learn about your goals, and then they will design 2-3 workouts for you to complete weekly over the course of 4 weeks. You will meet with a trainer once to go over the workouts, and then you can take those and workout on your own. Registrations by first time clients will include a free 30-minute pre-session consultation with a trainer to establish a program design (re-consultation required if returning to personal training after a period of 6-months or longer).

4-week Programming Cost: $75 (2-3 workouts either strength or cardio)
 

Pesonal Training

Interested in training clients at PAC?

PAC welcomes non-staff trainers to use PAC's facilities in training their clients however, you must first be approved. 

PAC Public Training Policy

To be eligible to train clients at PAC, interested persons must meet the following criteria.

  • Trainer will sign an Instructor Access Agreement (annually)

  • Trainer will provide verification of professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $1,000,000 per claim, listing PAC as additional insured.

  • Trainer will submit required paperwork and fee to complete a background check; any person who does not pass a background check will not be allowed to training clients at PAC.

  • Trainer and all clients will check-in to the facility with daily admission or a PAC membership each visit.

 

Facility space will be subject to availability based on other patron use. To guarantee exclusive area use, a facility rental will be required. Facility rentals are required for groups of 4 or more and reservations can be made for no more than 4-weeks at a time. All facility rules, including area age restrictions, apply to trainers and clients

Monthly Instructor Access Fee (training hours per month):

   Up to 10 hours per month = $50

   11-30 hours per month - $100

   30+ hours per month = $150
