Monday - Thursday: 6am - 1pm, 3:30pm - 7pm
Friday: 6am-7:30pm

Rec Swim starts at:
3:30pm Mon-Thur, 2pm Fri, 10am Sat
Leisure Pool & Hot Tub CLOSED until end of May
Climbing Wall Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 3:30pm - 5:30pm
Friday: 2pm - 5:30pm
Saturday: 12pm - 4pm

Admission includes daily access to all areas of PAC including group fitness classes. General sports equipment (i.e. tennis, pickleball, and racquetball gear) is available for check-out at no additional charge.

ADMISSION & CHECK-IN POLICY
All visitors must pay daily admission or check in with their membership card upon arrival - including spectators with their group. Exceptions:

Spectators for organized programs or events

Guests attending as part of a facility rental, league, or tournament
SUPERVISION POLICY
For safety, all children ages 7 and under must be actively supervised at all times by a responsible person age 16 or older - including being in the water with them.

School-aged children are not allowed at PAC during local school hours (Sept–May, 8 AM–3 PM) unless supervised by an adult. Parents/guardians of students 16+ may request an exception for physical fitness use by submitting this form.

DRESS CODE REMINDER
Shirts and shoes are required at all times in all areas outside of the pools and locker rooms. Closed-toed shoes are required on the climbing wall and strongly recommended in the weight room. Skirts/Dresses are not allowed at the climbing wall.
FACILITY RULES
Area-specific rules are posted throughout the facility - please take a moment to review them. If you have any questions, our staff are here to help! A few good to know area specific rules:

Children ages 5+ are asked to use gender-specific locker rooms. Two family change rooms, by the competition pool entrance, are available for anyone preferring a private option.

The Golden Age of 14+

Patrons must be 14+ to access the upstairs area at PAC or be accompanied by an actively supervising adult (18+). This includes the walking track, spectator area, studio room, racquetball court, and fitness area.

Patrons must be 14+ to use the hot tub.

The weight room is open to those 16+ actively participating. Youth 14–15 may use it with active adult (18+) supervision. Children under 14, including infants in car seats, are not allowed.

Only Coast Guard-approved life vests or flotation devices are allowed in the pools; inflatable water wings are not permitted. Life vests with a bottom strap must be removed before using the water slide.
Notice: Failure to follow PAC rules or staff directions may results in a loss of facility use privileges as outlined in the PAC Public Polices.

LOCATED ON SCHOOL PROPERTY
PAC is located on SCSD#1 premises. As such, we follow the same policies as applied to all school campus buildings. The following are NOT permitted in the building or surrounding areas:

PAC is proud to be an ADA-accessible facility, ensuring everyone can enjoy our amenities. We offer family-accessible changing rooms and adaptive entrance to all pools. If you need assistance or have questions, please call the PAC—we’re here to help make your visit the best possible!
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
All memberships are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Activity and program registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, however, household credit may be issued if requested prior to the beginning of the activity/program. NO REFUND or CREDIT will be issued after the start date. Any program/activity cancelled by PAC will result in a full refund. Exceptions to this policy need to be submitted, in writing, to the PAC Director.
SCHOLARSHIPS
PAC is a facility meant to be enjoyed by everyone in the community. PAC and Friends of PAC have teamed up to ensure adequate scholarships are available to ensure all have access to PAC. Adult and senior membership scholarships are provided directly through PAC with eligibility being income driven. Youth membership and program scholarships are supported through Friends of PAC. While income guidelines are generally used to determine eligibility, all those in need are encouraged to apply as Friends of PAC has the ability to provide more flexible eligibility criteria. GOVERNANCE & JOINT POWERS BOARD
The Pinedale Aquatic Center is governed by a Joint Powers Board formed through a Joint Powers Agreement between Sublette County School District #1, Sublette County, and the Town of Pinedale. The building is owned by SCSD#1 and is located on school property. The Joint Powers Board meets monthly on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. The meetings are held in the PAC classroom and are open to the public. Visit our Board website to learn more about PAC and our board as well as view meeting schedules, agenda, and minutes.
